Please accept the thanks of my wife and I for the great effort you and your band made to make our party such as a success, I thought the band was stronger especially with the Baritone in the reed section. Bertie Mason was on the phone to me say what a great outfit you have and liked the smartness of the whole presentation, and praise from a musician of his standing is praise indeed. He was in his day the leading session drummer in the London scene he even drummed for Noel Coward in Cabaret and Shirley Bassey.
